I don't like the hectic rant-like presentation of Kyle but he points out some valuable points. Helped by Bernie of course.

Well well well... I heard on the radio this morning that our duplicitous two-faced #MAGA enabling corporation shielding AIPAC sponsored #DINO (MGP of WA-3) had a town hall last night, was openly booed, briskly escorted by security.

Definitely gave my Friday morning a welcome boost 🌠

I'm not an Android user, but if I were, I'ld just take the first option, #Conversations by @daniel.

It does not have the newer #OMEMO version, true, but as most users are either on Conversations or #Dino or #Gajim, you would have to fallback to the older version anyway.

Also, TTBOMK, the idea of new OMEMO in Conversations late 2025 or early 2026 does exist, but the project needs funding.

Impatient to get a #Backport of #Dino 0.5 for #Debian #Bookworm
... but the build logs were already published, including the hashes of all the binaries, I went ahead and performed a #ReproducibleBuilds check of locally built packages for amd64, arm64 and the "all" architecture... and came up with bit-for-bit identical results!

By the time you read this, identical binaries may already land on the Debian archive. I have a newer dino installed now! Try for yourself!
