Someone shared a low-quality meme of a laugh/cry emoji. Great idea, but not usable. So I custom designed my own version with care. And it’s hi-res.

Enjoy lolsobbing!

My most valuable practical tool for managing big emotions (especially as an Autistic) is to train yourself to cry to a specific song.

It takes a while but every time you feel about to cry or need to cry play the same song. Not a song you will listen to otherwise.

Over time when you need to cry the song will help you cry faster and more deeply. Its incredible.
