Asheville Charlie<p>Kitchen experiment:<br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Jiffy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Jiffy</span></a> cornbread mix in 12in cast iron skillet.<br>Success: 82%</p><p>It appears two boxes is just the right amount although when I put it in, it barely covered the bottom of the pan. </p><p>I didn't put enough oil in the pan so it did stick some but the real problem was it was way too crumbly.
