Elizabeth Tai | 戴秀铃 🇲🇾
When people get bored, they usually fob off by scrolling social media. I create videos instead.

Speaking of which I need to update this video with more silver-haired bad boys 😆

Waiting for Yuan Zhong's appearance in Perfect Match then we're set!

#Cdrama

Fanua 🌐
Rewatching the last 10 episodes of #Cdrama In The Name Of Blossom (aka Flourished Peony 2), as the earlier released ones have terrible barely useful MangoTV subtitles. And, "waiting to air" did not make for a smooth coherent viewing as I didn't want to wait (ha!), or splitting into two seasons for that matter as it was just a continuation. It was a nice watch with my favorite couple of 2025 so far.

#InTheNameOfBlossom #FlourishedPeony

AnnaAnthro
One of my fave court politics #cdrama is the gloriously complex 70 episode hit series, The Rise of Phoenixes (2017) starring Chen Kun & Nini.

It was co-written by Zou Yue, a woman. While women screenwriters & directors are quite common in #kdrama, it is less so in #jdrama & cdrama.

She went on to write the script for the hugely popular Love Like A Galaxy S1 & S2. Also streaming hit, No Boundary.

Zou is also the writer for another big hit, The Coroner’s Diary series, now on iQiYi!

Martha Crimson
Once I'm through this drama this creature will be among the first I look up. Is it a dragon? Could be a dragon? The ~moustaches hints at it, but the rest of it doesn't look very dragon like. Fanua 🌐
C-drama: A Dream Within A Dream

After a few episodes, I wasn't sure I was going to like this, but it gets better as the plot is setup. A familiar theme, an actor/actress finds themselves in their script and tries to change their storyline. A historical comedy with wuxia elements and all the political tropes with the added modern twist. Liu Yu Ning is very good in his double role with a full acting range on display, loved him. Lots of favorite characters in this one.

#Cdrama #ADreamWithinADream
