@KatyElphinstone I’m not diagnosed with #Autism (I tested negative, was told there can be a link between the symptoms of autism and #anxiety) but I am diagnosed with #narcolepsy with #cataplexy . I was behind socially at a young age and at times in my adulthood would talk very little. I do think that #excessiveDaytimeSleepiness along with trying to avoid the emotional #triggersOfCataplexy can absolutely lead to developmental disorders and/or prevent normal social development.

Does anyone get sudden onset of sleep and, if so, have you ever linked it to certain situations, states of mind, and/or emotions?
