Can I please hear from #baristas and #espresso afficionados? Specifically, people familiar with manual espresso makers like the Cafelat robot & Flair press?

Can anyone give me their instructions/workflow on the Flair? I'm trying one out and it is just not working for me yet. I would call myself a total beginner on manual presses.

Or even better, give me your treatise on what manual system you use, and what you like best about it? Or why you hate it, and what semi-automatic machine you use? 😂

This is probably the best one I’ve ever done, and it’s still very “beginner”. I’m all the more impressed by the #baristas who are good at it.

But it’s also nice to look at 😁
