I did get up for the gym this morning, which was good. Tonight my youngest two have a reading challenge competition at the school. They've been reading books all year in a club and are being quizzed on them tonight!

Another little water colour sketch, this time featuring Bella from Animal Crossing. I picked them because this felt like a great character to get used to doing more subtle and tighter controlled washes/layering like their cheeks and the cool shadows.

So, I tried to recreate the album cover for Evanescence's first major record label album. And decided to let Muffy play the part of Amy Lee on the cover.

I think the filtering gets the point across and Muffy was fine with the faux piercing for the photoshoot.

The Drama

Nook’s Cranny, the latest version of the entrance, and the view of Nook’s from the fort. The group picture shows the villagers who will be staying. Can’t wait to receive my amiibos to move in the remaining villagers I want! Three are coming—can you guess who?
