Mute Dog BrewingThanks to a suggestion from <a href="https://mastodon.beer/@sumisu3" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@sumisu3</a> I decided to give Umeshu a shot with some of my unripe plums. I used 1kg plums, .5kg sugar and topped this ~2L jar up with ~45% white brandy.
