Mute Dog Brewing<p>Thanks to a suggestion from <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.beer/@sumisu3" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>sumisu3</span></a></span> I decided to give Umeshu a shot with some of my unripe plums. I used 1kg plums, .5kg sugar and topped this ~2L jar up with ~45% white brandy.
