For a claimant to meet the severe conditions criteria, they must have a condition that will last for the rest of their life, with no realistic prospect of recovery.

This diagnosis MUST come from an NHS professional, a private practitioner opinion can not be accepted.

I truly hate this government and the ones before it.

Compulsory transfer to UC, but UC treat it as a new application, so having to resubmit every document.

Issue is I rent, with an understanding Landlord (who lives next door) so when did you move into the property 2016, we need to see the tenancy, problem, when I moved in, it was with my brother and he is on the original, so need a new tenancy just for me, Landlord sorts it out promptly.

Them, the dates don't match.....
