Mr. Techie :att:<p>Has anyone used <a href="https://allthingstech.social/tags/Googles" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Googles</span></a> <a href="https://allthingstech.social/tags/TitanSecurityKey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TitanSecurityKey</span></a> ?</p>
Linh Pham<p>Now, I've got another person from Google Store support asking for the information (rather, the lack thereof) that I've already sent to 2 other folks.</p><p>This whole mess should be classified as a tragic comedy at this point. Get your ducking act together, Google!</p><p><a href="https://linh.social/tags/Google" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Google</span></a> <a href="https://linh.social/tags/CustomerService" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CustomerService</span></a> <a href="https://linh.social/tags/Fail" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fail</span></a> <a href="https://linh.social/tags/TitanSecurityKey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TitanSecurityKey</span></a></p>
Linh Pham<p>By the way, the saga continues... They sent me USB-A version of the keys rather than the USB-C version that I ordered and sent back via RMA.</p><p>Now, they are asking for information they think is on the box (most likely because they mostly deal with Pixel and related product support and supporting the security keys is probably not a common thing) that doesn't exist.</p><p>Definitely the last time I'll ever purchase any production directly from the Google Store.</p><p><a href="https://linh.social/tags/Google" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Google</span></a> <a href="https://linh.social/tags/Fail" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fail</span></a> <a href="https://linh.social/tags/TitanSecurityKey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TitanSecurityKey</span></a></p>
Corrie Hulse<p>Hi <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/tech" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tech</span></a> people! I have a question about the <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/TitanSecurityKey" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TitanSecurityKey</span></a>. Does anyone use this? I can't find answers anywhere as to whether you need to keep it plugged in all while you're using the applications it is tied to, or if you just need it for login purposes and can then eject it from your computer. Help! <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/2FA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>2FA</span></a></p>
