Funes
You know y'all, having a day off alone at home with #adhd brain and nothing specific to do is awesome, you end up doing so much cool stuff. Like, first you'll just be working on some #art , then realize you need a reference for a flower so you take about an hour just digging through a #flower encyclopedia just enjoying pictures and bookmarking pages for a future project that may never happen. That naturally leads to you doing some work in the #garden , but working in the garden would be so much nicer if you had some #tea to sip on. While that's brewing you notice you're almost out so you go to order more, but you want to try something new out so you end up researching the different #sencha varieties available, then the #history of the growers and what's different about their sencha. Darn, forgot to steep the tea, heat some water again, now looking into how well tea grows in my region and if I can grow it. This takes you back out to the garden, successful tea in hand finally. Out there you see a flower that is perfect for your art project, so you take a picture, but while you take the picture you notice a notification on your phone and remember an errand you nearly forgot that needs to get done today. So you #bike across town to get that done. Might as well get some lunch while you're out, so you sketch the bus stop across the street while you wait and eat. You're also right by the #book store, no harm in checking that out. You come out with a couple books. The independent #movie #theater has a flier up in the bookstore and a #film you've always wanted to see is playing in a couple hours. So you bike over to that neighborhood and get some tickets, and doodle a bit while you drink some tea and wait for the showtime. You have to go to the bathroom a couple times from drinking so much tea, but on the way to the bathroom you see some moulding near the ceiling of the old renovated theater that you really like and you are inspired to make something. You take some pictures and anxiously watch through the rest of the movie because you're singularly-minded on this one thing now, then bike straight home. You immediately discard the project you were working on, put on a playlist of some of your favorite #jazz to get focused and spend the rest of the night knocking out this idea you've been chasing since the theater. You end up ordering bibimbap for dinner because you can't stop to prepare anything. Riding the high of successfully rendering your vision, you finish off the day giving your dog a long wandering walk around the neighborhood on a perfect spring evening and catch the sunset.

Who needs focus, set and measurable goals, productivity and expectations? Just live life like water, not the dam.
