Whenever we pray this text together as a church, I always perk up—because this is what writers, creatives, and evangelizers do! Through our words and images, and even more, please God, through our very lives we are called to “make known the glorious splendor” of God’s presence and action in this world. So, for all my fellow evangelizers in the communications media, as you spend time on your craft, whether that is writing or editing or playing with colors, music or spoken word, may God bless your work.
