geobeck 🏳️‍🌈<p>Reaching out for advice on chronic <a href="https://home.social/tags/insomnia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>insomnia</span></a>. I've tried behavioral strategies, time-release melatonin, red lights, tightened up my schedule, CBN. Prescription sleep aids are ineffective with bad side effects.</p><p>I can usually fall asleep fairly easily, but wake up frequently, and sleep quality is poor. Grasping at straws now.
