I have a Logitech web cam that I use as the microphone for my M4 Mac mini. If I open the Sound panel I can see that it hears what I'm saying. But if I try to use it, or the iPhone 14's microphone with Continuity, with Siri or Apple Intelligence, neither works.
I guess I'll have to spend a few "productive" hours debugging yet another macOS Paranoia failure.
With my AirPods in (was about to make a call), Siri is reading me notifications from Slack. She read me a two line one in full, then, several minutes later, she tells me a half line long one is a "long notification" and asks if I want it read. How does that make sense?
Guess we’ll see how well #Siri and #AppleMusic works for me. I just gave it a pretty specific command to play easy listening songs similar to Barry Manilow and Michael Buble. It began with a Christmas song, so I cancelled and gave the same command, and added “but not Christmas songs.” So far so good.
