I planted all the squash, cucumber, and melon seeds except yellow crook-neck that will be here Monday. 22 pots plus 6 runner bean pots I started yesterday and I need to put some runner beans in the ground too. I made a rough layout of the raised beds and places tomatoes are going too. All the basil will go in the long raised bed. Winter squash are bush type this year.
I'm still a week or more out from planting anything. I might have to up-pot some plants into gallon pots. I trimmed the basil and put some of that in water to root. Jalapenos are looking funky, might just be bad genetic plants, I don't need any hot peppers and these are extremely hot jalapenos and not the mild kind they were suppose to be. Sweet peppers look good. No tomato problems except lack of space.
Tomato progress. So far nice stocky tomatoes since I've been able to keep it cool. The round pots are a mix of my experimental soil that killed all but one of the peppers.. 
and some more recycled soil. The saved Campari seed ones are doing good and might be far enough along to pick a winner. Might pull a few and transplant if I get to it soon. The tomatillo is doing good too.
All saved tomato seeds from last year have sprouted up and the tomatillo seeds I gathered from the ground in the garden a month ago are up too. Heat mat turned off. They were started on April 1.

First tomatoes are up, peppers are growing fast, and some new growth on the overwintered Red Marconi sweet pepper that I pruned and fertilized.
The first round of seeds for my container garden have all germinated! It’s the first year I’m using heirloom seeds I saved from a previous crop. I’ve got basil, white cherry and Brandywine tomatoes, and Jimmy Nardello and Bulgarian carrot peppers

Capsicum annuum have been planted. 5 pots each of saved seed. Two sweet, one hot. California Wonder, Red Marconi, and Jalapeno. Sieved potting mix to remove the chunks of wood and rocks. On a 17 watt heat mat with a clear cover, and under one LED panel adjusted to about 220 µMol/m2/S. Temperature warmed from 63F / 17C to 78F / 26C in 2 hours or less.

I’m intrigued by the sweet red egg plant seeds. I’ve never seen any looking like those before.
Here we call egg plants aubergines but they are almost exclusively shades of purple in colour or a plain white. #HeirloomPlants #SeedSaving

In Australia, many public libraries offer seeds that patrons can "borrow" and later (optionally) replenish with harvested seeds.
