Heute konnte man bei Decathlon seine Startnummer für den morgigen Kölner Zoolauf abholen 🏃🏻‍♂️🤗
Und gleichzeitig noch ein wenig dort Shoppen 🤷‍♂️😊 So kamen noch zwei Laufshirts, zwei Paar Laufsocken und dieses Paar Brooks Ghost 16 dazu.
Da der Schuh im Angebot war und sich an meinen schmalen Füßen sehr gut anfühlte, wollte ich Brooks mal eine Chance geben 👍

I prefer to carry my own water and food for long runs/ races, but how much should i carry and drink?

Well, to know that, I need to know my sweat rate at different temps, humidity and effort , so the data collection is on the way. It will take a while because they recommend to do the test on long runs only (+60) but I will get there.

I have done 1 test and garmin estimation is off by .5 liter.

They dont call me the Ivan drago of running for nothing! 😂

If you wonder how are my knees not fucked after going from zero to 10k every other day, the answer is pace. For fat loss you can either choose HIIT or LISS. I always go for LISS, because that's the one I enjoy and can maintain, it even allows me for tooting or reading while running. Low-intensity steady-state cardio. That's what it is.

Running at slow pace JUST burns fat after the first 20 minutes. Video is my pace right now. It's really easy to maintain and enjoyable with the right music
