Midtsveen🏳️⚧️🇳🇴<p>Revolutionary syndicalism rejects bosses and rigid hierarchies, proving that the working-class can run things themselves collectively.</p><p>I actually like working, but it’s frustrating to see others get rich from my effort while I do the labor. That imbalance feels extremly wrong.</p><p>The idea of genuine democracy and shared management in the workplace offers a real alternative, where decisions are made collectively and power isn’t concentrated at the top.</p><p>What I’m trying to say is that I actually enjoy working, but not when others profit from my labor under rigid hierarchies.
