That imbalance feels extremly wrong.</p><p>The idea of genuine democracy and shared management in the workplace offers a real alternative, where decisions are made collectively and power isn’t concentrated at the top.</p><p>What I’m trying to say is that I actually enjoy working, but not when others profit from my labor under rigid hierarchies.
