I just want to raise awareness of #RLS, or #RestlessLegsSyndrome. It's a torment every night, and I'm currently going through it. To release the tension or stress that is crawling under the skin of my legs, I have to shake my legs aggressively while listening to loud music. It urges me to move my arms and legs so that the pain will temporarily stop.
