Looking down the Clyde on a rather wonderful sunny Sunday morning on the beach at Dumbarton Rock to the west of Glasgow.

In the lower part of the picture you can see my crossed feet in black shoes. The sun is reflected in the water right on top of my left shoe. What you can't see - I'm sitting on a jetty with my legs over the water. That's why the main colour of the photo is blue and some trees are reflected in the water upside down.

Tall green trees are reflected upside down in the blue water. Only their reflections can be seen and a little of the shore on which they stand.

Treetops protrude into the photo from above, treetops protrude into the photo from below. In between, water and the sun, which is also reflected in the water. The sky is cloudless - as in all the photos of this post.

I find this picture particularly funny. I'm sitting on a wooden pier above the water, with my legs stretched out straight and I am leaning forwards so that I can see the reflection of myself in the water. That's how the photo was taken. You can see green trees behind me, then my hands holding the camera in front of my face and my outstretched legs in wide black trousers and the black soles of my sneakers 'up in the air'.
