So I stood in the room as my kid got x-rays today, and they did not have me (or my kid) put on lead shields. Apparently, this is a new thing. The x-ray tech showed me a paper that was hanging up that said “science” has concluded that lead shields are not important anymore and kids are actually “safer” without them.

I very excitedly stated: "That is a great CD!"
To an album, learned of and only listened to by a streaming service (tidal).
My kids: all- silent, then laughter, then millenial shaming me into a hole and it was worth every anti-skipped second.
They don't want to admit that I could put their MAC addresses on the blacklist of the wifi router, so there is that as a silent balance of power. :D
I have never had to do that. I can't remember the adnim password anyways. xD shhhh
