Consider reading the 540 word tootfic for a taste of her autistic deadpan humor and the situations she fervently doesn't want to get into but does because she has the back of people she's responsible for, to a fault. As for her age, these two paragraphs set up and provide her answer. <blockquote>[I] read [the wanted poster] further, "Wanted for questioning in regards to the Old Harbors Post Office and the Three Forks Bridge explosions. Suspected of transporting illegal goods and wanted persons, assault, racketeering, attempted murder, and terrorism. Goes by the name Gelding and other aliases. Aged between 15 and 35."I muttered, "A two-decade range? I'm not even two decades old." I had a shitty appartment, and didn't know anyone. Wait that was my 20th birthday. Here in Japan it's your 20th birthday that's important not your 21st. Describe it as best you can. Alexios: Mmm. I was so young and naïve. I'd give just about anything to relive that day, too. I had just graduated from university and there was this lass I fancied in my class... She wanted to see a film together for my birthday. I spent the morning with my parents, helped my mum in the garden, and spent some time with family. I was over the moon that this lass had asked for a date night, said yes, and picked her up around dinnertime. We had a meal, enjoyed the movie and all that. It was a great time. I miss being young. She had commiserated and been open about her life with another woman caught in a situation like her own. No act of bravery. Simple sharing of support and making now better. It was enough to cause the devil-girl to save her at great risk when their situation went pear-shaped, which (in Bolt's eyes) made Bolt lose perspective and do something arguably suicidal in turn to save her new friend. Her life changed.The frame would contain:<ol><li>A monochrome halftone picture of a handsome crime boss in chains, clipped from a newspaper. It represents her stupidity in letting herself be framed and blackmailed by him—and that after darkness comes light.</li><li>A state portrait of Rainy Days, who is a scary woman as well aa the Director of Home and the Nine Outer Worlds, a maybe enemy whom Bolt recently figured out hired her for her potential, which wipes out her past sins.</li><li>The devil-girl. Maybe it's a crush, maybe it's something more, certainly it's weird since until now she's flown only with men. I'm big on emotion and what today they call feels. If I choke up while reading my story, I know I've done it right. I'm liking Lightning Bolt the day angel SC who ends up training as a praetorian after having really messed up as a youth. Her story Reframing the Experience, linked in my pinned samples post, DOES choke me up. She's a jock type who has seen her juvenile pride crushed. At 27, she's now learning how thinking about what you are doing keeps you from making stupid spur-of-the moment decisions. She will learn she's not so stupid after all. So broken, so stubborn, so devoted to family. Learning to love myself was hard, but in an odd way seeing myself in Lefeng and realizing what a wonderful character ey is made it easier to see what is lovable in myself.I'll always be grateful to em for that.

I think I gave him a strong character arc and a good redemption scene. He's a stand-up guy who's just been beaten down by life, but he holds on to his values and bears up under his losses the best that he can.
