AH! I found it! In the current version of #Bazzite, open Flatseal from the Utilities menu.
In Flatseal, find the entry for OBS. Select it, and then find the "Wayland windowing system". Turn it OFF.
Make sure that "X11 windowing system" and "Fallback to X11 windowing system" are ON.
That's it! #OBS then behaves with full options, panels, etc!
New #OBS updates: cleaner #UI with grouped "Accept" actions & fixed outdated comment labels! Improving the requests page, one step at a time. https://openbuildservice.org/2025/07/16/request-redesign/ #openSUSE #DevTools

OBS Studio experts/peeps: I’d like to put my stream assets, scenes, and profile into a git repo as a backup and to enable colleagues to be able to get started with a similar setup.
I use the built-in OBS Studio setting for streaming service (in this case, YouTube connected via Settings, no manual stream key handling).
Is this safe to do in a public repo? I see a YouTube `Token` and `RefreshToken` in the exported profile.ini file, for example. Are these secrets?

Hey folks! Tech doubt here: how would you go about using the Steam Deck to stream gameplay video to another computer running OBS?
My old laptop is not powerful enough to handle video games and streaming at the same time, so I was thinking about splitting the task. Does this make sense?
My obs-studio camera capture has started "flickering" / "glitching" in the recent weeks (not the power frequency thing, not timeouts) for the USB connected #Elgato and I can't figure out why.
I seem to be able to increase the frequency if I flick my mouse across the screens quickly.
Reducing resolution/framerate etc hasn't helped either.
