Okay, #NurseMastodon I need some help.

I've been working as an adult #BankNurse #Vaccinator since last year as that was the easiest sector to juggle with my chronic pain and disabilities but the #SpringBoosterSeason is just about to start and there aren't enough shifts for me. So I need advice on what sectors would have the least impact on my body? I have chronic back/hip pain and still recovering from a total hysterectomy

Today the Ontario court has ruled that Ontario’s Bill 124 that limits wage increases to education workers, teachers, nurses and other allied health, developmental service workers to 1% raise over 3 years is unconstitutional! This is a great ruling. As an ONA member I am pleased with this ruling and awaiting next steps.

Everyday in Ontario Community Nurses; mental health, primary care, care coordinators, homecare create care plans to support our most frail and complex, at risk adults and children with very limited resources. Workload has increased. Waitlists increased. Burnout increased.
