A bit of a shocker on today's 14.5km/9.0mi walk. Coolish at 10C/50F and pretty slow at 9'29" per km. But, the heart rate. Good lord, a vigorously strenuous 137 BPM (91%).
I should not be working that hard to walk that slow. I'm beginning to wonder if something might be amiss.

Ambling along for 14.6km/9.1mi for today's walk in 20C/67F temps. 9'29" per km and lightly moderate 106 BPM (71%). I think I'm running a caloric deficit, and my body is saying: "There is this much energy available, and this is the max exercise that can be sustained until home." Eat more, exercise less. Sheesh.

I'm thinking one should not count on an iWatch for accurate physiological information.

Ugh. I really struggled on today's 14.5km/9.0mi walk. It was 23C/74F, so not too bad, but it was really hard to do 9'28" per km. And the heartbeat was a whopping strenuously moderate 119 BPM (79%).
Ah, well. Tomorrow will be better.
