Łukasz HorodeckiNie wiem, co mnie podkusiło, że poszedłem dzisiaj do kina na „Minecrafta”. W ciągu ostatniej dekady najprawdopodobniej grałem w MC więcej, niż we wszystkie pozostałe gry razem, więc dałem szansę filmowi, chociaż zwiastuny nie zachęcały.Najfajniejszym momentem było zaczęcie filmu od animacji generacji świata. Fajny był też hołd dla Technoblade'a, ludzie z Mojang (wyłapałem Jensa, może ktoś jeszcze był, nie znam ich za bardzo) i youtuberzy (zauważyłem Mumbo i Lizzie, ale że moje oglądanie Minecrafta ogranicza się do Hermitcrafta i okolic, to pewnie kilka osób mi uciekło). I kilka kawałków muzyki z gry. A poza tym... nic.Fabuła drętwa, a może po prostu źle sfilmowana, bo zupełnie nie wciągała. Żarty czerstwe, nie słyszałem w kinie śmiechu, sam też się nie uśmiechnąłem ani razu. Nawet te, które miały być mrugnięciem okiem do rodziców, którzy przyszli z dziećmi, zupełnie nie trafiały (biedna Jennifer Coolidge). Jason Momoa jako przegryw odcinający kupony od dawnej gamerskiej sławy, był prawie zabawny dzięki kontrastowi z typowymi rolami, ale zagrał to niemrawo i nieprzekonująco. Dzieciaki (nawet nie zapamiętałem imion postaci) zupełnie nijakie. A najgorszy, całkiem przewidywalnie, był Jack Black, grający Jacka Blacka, grającego Steve'a.No i grafika, holy fuck. Oklejenie bloków pseudorealistycznymi teksturami, rodem z najgorszych texture packów było koszmarnym pomysłem. Po zwiastunie miałem wątpliwości, delikatnie mówiąc, ale liczyłem na to, że przy oglądaniu filmu się przyzwyczaję. Obrzydliwe i odrażające. We've had Minecraft for a whole generation, now including a movie based in the videogame, while waiting for Winds of Winter.

Tree WeaselSo I've been hearing a lot of stories lately about how the <a href="https://sunny.garden/tags/Minecraft" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Minecraft</a> movie has been having several screenings shut down entirely, or at least had a few dozen people kicked out for being dicks during the movie. I find myself wondering: is this a troll campaign that somebody started up? Or are Minecraft fans just dicks? Keep in mind, I know nothing about Minecraft. I played with it for all of 5 minutes when it first came out, and I honestly wasn't all that interested in it afterward. The only thing I really know about the movie is that apparently, something called a chicken jockey is a popular meme from the movie.
