New to Mastodon, so here is a brief intro. I’m an immigrant from Viet Nam who came to the US at 11. I felt in love with science, especially the science of medicine, through asking questions and finding the answers. Hence, I was trained as a bioengineer. Got accepted to one of my absolute top choice #MSTP (#MDPhD) programs this week and it still doesn't feel real.

I am still waiting to hear back from a handful of other schools, but wow am I excited for the next step in my training.
