DavidBWhen the sign on your door is in three languages.

Some background info:
The three languages:
- French: "La Bombance" It's a colloquial and somewhat old-fashioned term meaning a big, delicious, and festive meal.
- Japanese: "祇園" It says "Gion" the famous neighborhood in Kyoto where the restaurant is located.
- English... Well, I don't need to explain, do I?

I took the picture because of the three languages together, knowing nothing about the restaurant itself.
It's actually a luxury kaiseki restaurant. It's the restaurant of a luxury hotel called Sowaka, and looking at the prices for both the rooms (up to 1,000€ per night) and the restaurant {dinner is around 200€) I don't think I'll ever be guest there. But look them up, look at the picture and dream (or go if you have that kind of money).
