FleurCharnier<p>Ce n'est pas parce que l'on vient de découvrir que la sérotonine est précurseur de la mélatonine que la mélatonine engendrée par la sérotonine va vous aider à dormir.</p><p>Pour avoir pris de la mélatonine (pas celle des pharmas, celle des labos, pluss concentrée à l'époque) je vous garantie que la mélatonine aide peu d'insomniaque, surtout si votre insomnie est chronique.</p><p>La plus part du temps l'insomnie est un problème social (sociopolitique) donc ses solutions doivent l'être aussi.</p><p>Pour des raisons d'enjeux différents je parle ici d'insomnie au sens uniquement "psychologique" comme le font les psy/médecins qui prescrivent des antiD.</p><p>Les antiD étant de puissant stimulant leur posologie est établi le matin avant manger justement pour éviter les problèmes de sommeil (et problème d'estomac).</p><p>Sauf pour certain antiD tricyclique ou tétracyclique (demi-vie longue/ très longue) comme la Miansérine qui a une posologie fixée avant le couché parce qu'avec le blocage adrénergique périphérique provoquant de l'hypotension et ses effets histaminiques forcément vous allez dormir (avec cauchemar en bonus ou si vous en aviez déjà des plus longs et intenses).</p><p>Et si vous vous levez la nuit vous risquez de tomber, vous évanouir ou faire un malaise comme ça mettait arrivæ avec cette molécule mais vous en fait pas votre psy/médecin trouvera un prétexte pour continuer le traitement ou nier les causalités.</p><p>Pour les antiD "classiques" même avec la posologie le matin il est fréquent que ça entraîne malgré tout de l'insomnie ce qui constitue un argument de plus pour vous prescrire des anxiolytiques ou des somnifères (hypnotiques).</p><p>(C'était impossible pour moi de dormir avec un antiD noradrénergique même à faible dose sans anxio et hypno ou de dormir avec un sérotoninergique à dose moyenne sans anxio et hypno)</p><p><a href="https://octodon.social/tags/M%C3%A9latonine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Mélatonine</span></a> <a href="https://octodon.social/tags/Antid%C3%A9presseur" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Antidépresseur</span></a> <a href="https://octodon.social/tags/Hypotension" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Hypotension</span></a> <a href="https://octodon.social/tags/Mians%C3%A9rine" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Miansérine</span></a> <a href="https://octodon.social/tags/Tricyclique" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Tricyclique</span></a></p>
