Qana, influenceuse couette<p>En ce moment, j'ai décidé de prendre soin de moi et de me faciliter la vie le plus possible.</p><p>Je me suis commandé un TENS pour soulager mes douleurs. Je l'avais déjà testé à l'hôpital de jour et ça avait super bien marché sur moi. Le kiné m'a refait une session pour ma capsulite et encore une fois, mon corps réagit très bien. Du coup, c'est mon cadeau de Noël de moi à moi. </p><p>En cadeau de Noël de mes parents, je leur ai demandé un tabouret de coiffeur avec un dossier et des roulettes. Ça me permet de préparer à manger sans avoir à me relever sans arrêt. Je roule d'un point A à un point B. Qana, influenceuse couette<p>Journée Nigloland (parc de d’attractions)</p><p>Comme tous les ans mes parents nous offrent une journée dans un parc d’attractions local avec les enfants. C’est la petite tradition de l’été ☀️</p><p>Vu mon état de fatigue du moment, j’ai pris mon fauteuil roulant manuel <a href="https://eldritch.cafe/tags/FRM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FRM</span></a>. J’avais aussi mes lunettes de soleil, mes bouchons antibruit et mes vêtements compressifs. Avoir ses aides avec soi est toujours la clé 😊</p><p>Malgré tout, j’en bave un peu. La parc n’est pas très grand mais il y a beaucoup de bosses. Les montées sont trop fatigantes pour moi et j’ai besoin de mes aidants. En plus, le sol est un revêtement avec plein de cailloux et les roues ne glissent quasiment pas 😑 J’ai envie de dire WTF !</p><p>Niveau <a href="https://eldritch.cafe/tags/accessibilit%C3%A9" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>accessibilité</span></a>, si tu peux marcher même en fauteuil, ça va. Parfois, il n’y a pas vraiment de place pour laisser ton fauteuil roulant. J’imagine que c’est mes vêtements compressifs pour le <a href="https://eldritch.cafe/tags/HSD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HSD</span></a> et je me réjouis d’avance surtout que j’ai bien mal.<br>À 10h, coup de téléphone. Je réponds mais ça grésille et je ne comprends rien. 1/4 d’heure plus tard, je reçois un mail pour me dire que "suite à notre conversation, votre colis sera disponible dans 24h dans un relai". What ? Mais y a pas eu de conversation 🤬 Le niveau de blasitude...</p>

Et même si ma peau n'est pas assez élastique pour être classée SEDh, j'ai officiellement un diagnostic de Hypermobil Spectrum Disorders <a href="https://eldritch.cafe/tags/HSD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HSD</span></a> 🥳 </p><p>Par contre, le métro ne m'avait pas manqué. Entre le côté "serrés comme des sardines" et les valides qui se jettent sur les places assises alors que j'ai ma canne. Pfff je m'en serais bien passé. Surtout que, un sombre connard a profité du fait que j'étais en crise de grosses douleurs et au bord du meltdown, pour me voler mon téléphone portable. La loose... J'étais trop dégoutée 😭</p>
