It’s not easy to fight -
woman’s suffrage came at a great cost. Women went to jail & were marginalized out of society.

Workers rights were won because people lost their jobs & lives fighting for the right for you and I to have a decent wage.

Black civil rights: a war, decades of struggle & the Black community cont. to face systemic oppression

So yup, this may take some time. You can’t fix it all w/ a weekend of protests or calls to your rep.
