Andreas Wiedenhoff<p>Seen at <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/Munich" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Munich</span></a> 🇩🇪 in July 2007 is ES64 P-001, considered being the prototype of the <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/Siemens" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Siemens</span></a> ES64 type electrics, ES standing for <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/EuroSprinter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EuroSprinter</span></a> and 64 for 6400 kilowatts power.<br>Several hundred of these locos were built, i.a. as <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/%C3%96BB" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ÖBB</span></a> <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/Taurus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Taurus</span></a>, albeit with a different cab design.</p>
