Rules question. Sneak Attack states "Sacrifice the creature at the beginning of the next end step." Is this a triggered ability? Can it be responded to by sacrificing the creature to another ability, like Ziatora the Incinerator's trigger?

I am looking at remote sensed data in Alaska, both the imagery and the elevation-derived hydrology, on a pseudo-randomly-selected sand bar that maybe no one has ever stood on, just to the east of Noatak National Park – and yet I can get an excellent sense of the hydrology, sedimentology, geomorphology, even the ecology…
