I guess that means that ckeditor, media_library, and layout_builder are not fully accessible (though I'm not sure how they all use the library), in addition to contrib modules like Paragraphs.At least this guy who was so actively hostile to <a href="https://drupal.community/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#accessibility</a> has not contributed to SortableJS since 2018, so there is a chance that someone could add the functionality!
