This article taught me things about the medical teams that Cuba sends abroad that I hadn't known before. Now knowing them, I feel it may need to be reformed but is still essentially a good thing.
Trump cracking on it while simultaneously shutting down USAID and other programs is incredibly wrong headed. It does immeasurable human harm and will only further alienate the USA.
