DX Forums<p>If you use a DX Cluster remember to use a unique Callsign to connect to the network. If you connect to multiple DX Clusters you must add an SSID, Example: CallSign-1, CallSign-2 etc etc on each separate DX Cluster <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Server" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Server</span></a></p><p><a href="https://np3n.com/cluster" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">np3n.com/cluster</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/AmateurRadio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>AmateurRadio</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/HamRadio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HamRadio</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/DXCluster" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DXCluster</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/DX" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DX</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Network" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Network</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/DXing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DXing</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/News" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>News</span></a></p>
Jouni OH3CUF<p>HamAlert has now proper WWFF support!</p><p>The app is awesome but it has lacked full support for WWFF cluster (CQGMA) but now it should have it.</p><p><a href="https://forum.hamalert.org/t/get-wwff-and-other-gma-spots-from-gma-cluster/902/18" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">forum.hamalert.org/t/get-wwff-</span><span class="invisible">and-other-gma-spots-from-gma-cluster/902/18</span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/wwff" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>wwff</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/hamalert" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>hamalert</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/radioamateur" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>radioamateur</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/amateurradio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>amateurradio</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/dxcluster" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dxcluster</span></a></p>
G7IZU RRD<p>Radio propagation</p><p>A good example here of either A) a pirate or B) sloppy QTH registration. </p><p>Why is there not more self-policing/error checking of the amateur radio contact reporting systems? Italian station IU4NLB is the station at fault - the locator is entered wrongly in the system as JD64. It should be JN64 or similar to be in Italy! </p><p>There are so many examples of this.</p><p><a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/amateurradio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>amateurradio</span></a> <br><a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/radiopropagation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>radiopropagation</span></a> <br><a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/dxcluster" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dxcluster</span></a></p>
Jouni OH3CUF<p>Idea: dxspider/dxcluster-style server that combines all different clusters (RBN, "dxcluster", CQGMA, web based ones such as POTA,dxsummit.). No spotting. Just spread the spots from one feed.</p><p>Also support MQTT publishing. I think that would be the future way rather than everyone parsing "telnet".</p><p>Why this hasn't been done yet? Are some services jealous of their data?</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/dx" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dx</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/dxcluster" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dxcluster</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/dxspider" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dxspider</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/ham" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ham</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/hamradio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>hamradio</span></a></p>
Kelvin n0mql EN35ld<p>I need some <a href="https://mastodon.hams.social/tags/HamRadio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HamRadio</span></a> help with the <a href="https://mastodon.hams.social/tags/DXCluster" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DXCluster</span></a> feature in <a href="https://mastodon.hams.social/tags/CQRLog" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CQRLog</span></a> </p><p>The documentation I've seen about filtering is written by and for people who really love man pages for advanced networking stuff.</p><p>I need something SIMPLE. Like check boxes in a GUI.</p><p>How do I tell it "Only show spots if they were HEARD by a station IN MY COUNTRY?!</p><p>The fact that some station in France can hear some other station in Europe is beyond not useful.</p>
