More pillows arrived today. 👍

House has been sprayed multiple times daily with Glen 20.

We are both feeling weak but for the second day in a row we’ve tested #Covid negative. 🤞

I’ve completed my #BellsPalsy meds but I’m still having its twitches & having nerve pain behind my ear that feels like a nasty earache & a migraine.

At lunchtime I finished my Amoxycillin meds for a chest infection.

Yes, these days I practically rattle from all the meds I’m on.

Frustrating couple of hours.

  1. Drove half an hour for a #vaccine appointment I made at a CVS location through CVS.com (they tried to upsell me, made a specific appointment time, told me firmly to bring my insurance paperwork, etc.) only to be told by people at the counter that they have no pharmacist who can administer vaccines and don't know when that will change. Sounded distinctly like I was being scolded.

  2. I'm still on #facebook because of friends & family, and one of the groups--Welcome to Night Vale--has become unusable: first 20 posts had 13 for a performance group and 5 for merch sold through non-NightVale-affiliated companies. Two actual posts.

In positive news, I soothed myself on the drive home from #1 with some potato salad from a nearby grocery store.

Roscoe: Howled half the night and then slept peacefully on the bed. Walked easier than the prior mom said. He liked his last home with dogs, people, and cats. It is much quieter here.

White-chan (#Crow)In other news, I haven't seen White-chan, my crow friend, for a few days and was worried. Today he spotted me walking and accompanied me for half a block going and half a block returning. Hopped and flew right along. No camera with me.

What we have is Roscoe in the morning.

"Cases of COVID-19 are now likely growing in 25 states, according to estimates published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Friday, as this year's summer wave of the virus appears to be getting underway.

The agency's modeling suggests that the uptick is in 'many' Southeast, Southern and West Coast states, the CDC said in its weekly update."

@Flamekebab I had a similar experience migrating my photo archive - so many people who are no longer part of my life - for many reasons - my photo feed has also been much quieter since the start of #Covid as my world has shrunk somewhat :(
