Park at Night -

Reznarians liked the idea of parks. Maybe it was as a symbol of controlling and containing nature, or maybe they just liked having places to put statues of their generals. They weren't always so diligent about the upkeep.

A city park in Reznarian-controlled Russia. The grass has grown wild and unkempt, and random trash is strewn around the paths. City buildings and lights can be seen beyond the wall that borders the park. A flying robot patrols the area.

Insurgent Meeting Location -

Between the long, drawn out war with Ukraine and then the abrupt but incredibly decisive bombing during the Occupation, there were many abandoned and out of the way locations for Reznarian insurgents to gather.

Insurgent Safehouse

Unlike the other occupiers, the Reznarians had a robust economy based on civilians and the state having the ability to "jump" paracologies. "Hyperspace jump" technology was readily available to the insurgents.

Seized Barracks

Entire neighborhoods of housing were seized by the Reznarians as troop barracks, and placed off-limits to their former residents, without even a chance to clear out their things.

The rear entrance to some older soviet-style housing, now seized and used by the Reznarian military. The ground is muddy, and paths have been laid out using wooden palettes. A sign next to a doorway reads: "Вход для русских запрещен! Доступ только для Резнариана!", or "No Russians Allowed! Reznarians Only!"

Even within the Empire, many were skeptical of the concept of paracologies. It was easier to think that ships made a "hyperspace jump" to another star than it was that they slipped over to another reality.
