#Wales: #Cardiff Bus ticket machines accept various cards and passes, but this can sometimes lead to a card clash, where a payment card in a phone case or enabled on a mobile device is mistakenly used instead of the intended mobile ticket. To avoid this, passengers are advised to keep credit/debit cards separate from passes and tickets. They can also remove their phone from its case when scanning or temporarily disable NFC. If a payment card is accidentally charged instead of a pass or mobile ticket, passengers should contact customer service for a full refund, providing proof of a valid mobile ticket or pass.

Went in for a coffee, chatted to the fixer, and ended up booking in to replace two spokes (custom made, so they needed to be ordered and delivered specifically for me), true the wheel and sort out my brakes. Lovely service. £73 all in (and they gave me two brownies for the kids as I was on my way to get them from school!)

From 30th March 2025, ticket prices in #Cardiff, #Wales, will be revised due to rising operational costs, including changes to National Employer Contributions. Despite these pressures, we aim to keep fares affordable and maintain our app-exclusive bundle ticket prices, such as a single journey ticket in Cardiff for £2.20, which is 20p less than the current cash fare. Ticket options include: Cardiff, Penarth, and Llandough with adult local singles at £2.00 and day tickets at £5.00; Barry, Dinas Powys, and Sully with adult singles at £2.80 and day tickets at £4.80; and a full network with adult singles at £3.50 and day tickets at £6.50. App-exclusive bundles like Easy 3 (3-day) tickets and 10 single trip tickets are also available. Family and group tickets are offered, and no changes will be made to South East Wales Network Rider prices, which were updated on 1st March 2025.
