Every fucking production wants to undermine existing conditions, and drive wages down, while simultaneously demanding greater output. EVERY FUCKING PRODUCTION.
Don't even get me started about the ones who proudly tout themselves as "independent" productions. They are 100% *dependent* on inexperience, ignorance of existing conditions, good will, and the (rarely fulfilled) promise of exposure & employment on the 'next big one'...
If this is the future of film & television in Oz, I'm out. I'll make better money administering wristies behind the bike shed at Hurstbridge station: at least I'll be able to choose my own hours, and travel time will be minimal.
