@alterelefant @HauntedOwlbear

And don't even get me started on like #GDPR & #BDSG:

  • Cuz as soon as you got financial records, or medical data [bonus points if the latter one are from minors] every #CLO who hasn't swindled their legal diploma will tell the other CxO's that "going #Cloud" is "professional malpractice" and they'll not only object it but declare their resignation if those don't heed their warnings, as they'll feel obligated to press charges to shield themselves from comitting career suicide and getting barred from practising as legal counselor.

(Don't ask me how I know that!)

Needless to say, I've yet to meet any genuine lawyer in #Germany willing to put their professional credentials on the line for #Office365 / #Microsoft365 'being legal to use'...

@Elucidating Again:
Check my #GitHub contributions and see for yourself...

The #rugpull by #Redis is just inexcuseable and not only did #Snapchat basically make a better #multithreaded #fork under #BSD 3-Clause named #KeyDB for quite some time , but several big constributors seem pissed...

So far, I saw quite significant contributions from #Tencent *, #AlibabaCloud * #aws and #RedHat and I'm convinced their #CLO's are pissed since their staff worked on those projects because with the leave of original creator of Redis it was stated that it will remain 3-Clause BSD...

And I do expect Redis to get their asses handed in court so hard they'll have to file for #bankrupcy like #SCO before the dust has settled...

I mean, look at that dumpsterfire and tell me with a straight face this is how #FLOSS should be done!

@ThomasKnight cuz what #ApartheidEmeraldBoy & #SpaceKaren completely disregarded (as he presumably yeeted the #CLO and anyone else who said "You [legally] can't do that!" is that one can't just nilly-willy fire people in Germamy at will, espechally not under threat and duress with an employment contract offer that is flatout illegal by exceeding maximum working hours by a long shot.
#NotLegalAdvice but that shit normally get's doors kicked in by cops with 3-hole-masks on and HK416 w/ safety off.
