Light colors are better in Southern California (due to heatwaves/sun). We haven't had any issues at all with using that paint exposed outdoors in all kinds of sun and rain/etc.

𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒓Question for the beekeepers out there. I'm starting a hive at the end of March and one in early April. There isn't a heavy pollen or nectar flow in my area yet. We are planning supplemental feeding starting out but I'm also thinking of adding a pollen substitute to encourage brood rearing. The supplements/feeding will stop once things are in bloom here. I've found these three, does anyone have any experience with them? The bees were continually round me but never aggressive, even near their hives, if care was taken not to hurt them. We were working on building renovation, and I stood back to video some dodgy overhead demolition. Videoing has several times backfired for me when my attention should have been on the job. To get better framing, I reversed close [but not closer than I would often go] to a hive, phone to my face in the bright sun with little attention to the "human-friendly" bees buzzing around it -- Until they started stinging my face, lips... Eyes squinting, I ran for the house -- barged into a half-full open rain-water butt on the corner of the path and dropped the phone neatly into it. It was still filming my swollen face from under the water when I fished it out, but after opening and drying [and much more] ... nothing.My host, cheerfully ...
