@zedunow Suggestion: If the examination couch or patient pelvis angle/anatomy prevents anterior probe angulation, worsened by probes with an angled grip (like GE Logiq and Voluson and in the video), rotate the transducer 180 degrees and apply image left to right flip.
This improves the visualisation of very anterior structures within the comfort limitation of the patient, by overcoming some of the issues that angle probe handles can introduce.
@XraySonoCol Great tips - I'll give image flip a try, never tried it myself. My go-to is to raise the patient's posterior :)
@zedunow mine too, but sometimes nothing quite seems to be enough or comfortable for the patient.
