@toddfraser well there is blood where there shouldn’t be. The distribution is interesting and one image is suggestive of a source. ( at least I think I’m seeing that) Given no focal signs he likely needs both an urgent neurosurgical opinion and further imaging. Btw thx for this. Mastodon is still catching up to where Med Twitter was….
