Pierre Kory, best known for making money with false claims that Ivermectin is effective against Covid, is also a fanatic anti-vaxxer:
@rchusid Kory's actual partner in crime is possibly an even worse ratbag. Paul Marik was caught prescribing drugs to people who were not his patients, in excess of his university medical school license conditions. He was forced to resign from Eastern Virginia Medical School. It's a bit of a wonder how he escaped drug dealing charges. https://www.medpagetoday.com/special-reports/exclusives/96522
@rchusid Pierre should stop stating his beliefs as if they are facts. I did my family tree recently and found a burial lair which had 3 babies in, who’d all died of whooping cough (they didn’t appear on any census or in family knowledge so this was new to us). In that same lair was a gt gt aunt who’d died of tuberculosis at age 18. I found several many relatives who’d died of conditions we don’t really have to worry about today thanks to successful vaccination programs.
@rchusid Wow. What a POS.
@rchusid ...and the "report Tweet" functionality suddenly doesn't work anymore. We can thank the Melon handling of Blue Bird for this bad timing, I guess...
@dryak I would prefer that these Tweets remain up so that if he starts to convince someone about Ivermectin they might read back on his Twitter feed and see what an idiot he is.
@rchusid I went back to Facebook after deleting my twitter app and found that my cousin in Alabama ascribes to this ivermectin garbage too.
@bsonder Far too many do, and unfortunately that has led many to also refuse vaccines. While I would avoid ineffective medications, most (but not all) using Ivermectin would probably no suffer any serious side effects. Refusing vaccines based on this makes matters even more dangerous.
