@DrScottK this why I always tell my parents at the sept well visit it’s not too early to get the flu shot you never know when the season will start! Eek.
@pediatricskc@med-mastodon.com@Snarkypeds @DrScottK So many parents declined #vaccination despite my efforts to talk them into it this physical season. They wanted to wait until later, even when I said we would probably have an early season based on trends.
I've seen many who lamented they waited too long. They're scheduled for #FluShots this month and have #flu now. I make a point to remind them to still #vaccinate when they're feeling better because there's more than1 strain of flu and the shot covers 4.
