The same day Trump swears to uphold the constitution he issues EOs removing provisions he doesn't like. The courts will nullify his orders and he will wage war against the judiciary in response. Failure is the Trump hallmark. If he can take away someone else's rights, he can take away yours. Maybe losing the right to free speech will wake people up. A little too late.

@luckytran I think there's a three year period before the retreat is final. Last time he was too late and Biden was able to reactivate US membership in the #parisclimateagreement . Now it might become final and the next president might not simply be able to revoke this decision.

Huge blow to any global effort of CO2 emission reduction and a huge blow to any international agreement with the US as a partner.
