The nicest stress cake I ever did bake- orange layer cake (6” and 4”) with an almond pastry cream filling, topped with cardamom buttercream and orange zest. I should bad news more often, it’s incredible.

Monkey, a large siamese cat, is approaching a cake that he definitely wants to eat. He is not allowed, cake is not actually for kitties.
