I get a lotta people dont like the NHL and for good reason.
But I like the sport and will continue stealing streams of the game & yammering about it.

Greatest game, worst league, i get it.
Anyway I'm a fan of players and the game more than invested in a single team (or incested, thanks phone).
And the speed, pace resonates visually with my ADHD. Unlike most other sports.

I said all that cuz I tried the hockey discord and average age has to be 12yo, and the average Redditor r/hockey values compass is to the right of William F. Buckley, so here I am.

@hannu_ikonen I miss hockey. For undergrad, my university was known for its hockey team. I went every weekend to watch. Then I found myself down south.
@hannu_ikonen I like a number of things that have gotten some weird overlap with some mega creepy people, and I just try not to let it bother me.
Sadly on this matter I can't help you, as I am super not a fan of hockey, but not interested in muting posts with the tag because honestly it's nice to see someone taking joy in something, even if it's not a subject I personally get into.
Hope you can find some like-minded people, though!
