@TheEuropeanNetwork gives me no pleasure in boosting this article re #NHS #infrastructure - but there's no point in escaping that years of funding cuts, even when they were dressed up as not affecting frontline services, can have longer term consequences.
The sad thing is that once such a problem is noticeable, it is harder to fix quickly enough. The inertia to capital investment in #healthcare #facilities is long and slow. Prob not just in #UKPolitics
