Why is #fluticasone applied as a nasal spray and not a #sinus #rinse? Seems like most of it just falls out of your nose and even when applied correctly does not come in contact with inflamed #sinuses. #budesonide on the other hand seems to be recommended for #nasal #irrigation?
@flern I prefer the name brand for the delivery. It actually gets up there from the Flonase bottle for me. But of course, I end up buying Kirkland & snorting my brains out.
